Garbage. Had hair in my food on a carry-out order on 2/26/20. The restaurant provide POOR customer service and would not refund my entree.

This is one of our favorite restaurants! We come here lots of times, and we look forward to coming back lots more! Thank you for your service.

This spot always delivers. They have excellent dishes for affordable pricing, there is no waiting time even when they are packed.

The ONLY Chinese food we will buy in the area - absolutely delicious. Perfect, crispy egg rolls, the best orange chicken, fabulous king pow. You must try them, you’ll be glad you did!

This place has great portion sizes and taste so fresh really enjoy it :) only Chinese place that understand my love for hot mustard lol !

Been dining here since 2015. The luncheon special never disappoints!! EDIT: I miss the luncheon special and I wish all staff well during these troubling times!!

The food is very good and you always get plenty.

This place could use a bit more flavor in their dishes. I have tried plenty of Asian food and see to enjoy others better than this location. This restaurant is right by a busy intersection but not enough customers come in, may be they do more take out but when I was there the phones hardly ever rang.

Something has changed with the place. My last few visits have been very disappointing. So much so that I don't think I'll be going back anytime soon. Dried out shrimp fried rice, price increases while shrinking the original size of their egg rolls, and using old grease. Frying rice with old/bad oil is a huge giveaway on food quality. It's really unfortunate because this place use to be decent. I'll learn to cook my own before I'll go back there.

First time here, service was good. Food came out quick but we both ordered spicy entrees and they weren’t spicy at all. Flavor was decent but the meals weren’t piping hot like I would expect. We will definitely try again maybe for lunch instead of later at night

Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Great service, good food and good drinks. My leftovers didn't survive the trip home, I ordered ma po tofu and it was packed up in a styrofoam compartment container, all the sauce leaked out, luckily it was contained within the bag. I had the shrimp toast, which was excellent, ma po tofu which was very tasty, I wish it had been spicier and a mai tai. Love that the bathroom has toilet paper going both ways LOL for us OCD types!!

A good option compared to the Chinese kitchen nearby. I love their sweet and sour chicken and their fried rice options. Easy to make a carryout order. Prices are good just like other Asian food places.

This place is good! Good pricing, considerable dishes and the staff members are always very friendly.

Worst customer service i've ever experienced. My family and I will never order from this establishment again. Workers made ordering extremely difficult as they were unwilling to make accommodations and instead of saying they simply could not do something they argued in circles about their policy for over half an hour finally agreeing to do it this one time for an additional charge. When they delivered the food the order was incorrect and instead of making things right they refused to fix the mistake they made unless I paid for the correct items and then I would have to wait for them to deliver the correct items (I ordered my food and hour and a half prior to this). Through all the trouble they're unwillingness to make things right has completely turned both me and my family away from ordering there ever again.

I told my friends about this place with my highest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The the cooking is appetizing and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. Whenever we go to this place we enjoy a gorgeous evening. highly recommended.

Love the food. They always get our orders right the first time. When eating in, the service is fast, and the dining room spotless. The servers are very attentive. Delivery was exceptionally fast.

Fantastic just fantastic and outstanding crab rangoon. All of our food was prepared quickly and accurately very very tasty everything was absolutely delicious and my Mai tai was perfect. I’ve been here before but I definitely miss it and will all be coming back. Thank you again so much for a pleasant meal. Good people.

Good food and located close to us. It's our go to place for carryout. Sometimes the wait is a little long but normally not too bad.

So I just ordered shrimp with broccoli and shrimp chop suey and a bottle of water, had it delivered to my room at a motel...no fork and no bottle of water and no paper plate...😡

Good food fair price

The sweet-and-sour chicken and the mongolian beef were delicious, but the soft drinks were flat. The waitress didn't come over once to check on us, the entire time we were there. This restaurant was just average. Sorry, but nothing special.

I would give negative stars if I could! Not that the food was that bad, we wouldn't know we never got our full order! I don't know whose fault this was but I went back on door dash, said what was missing and over an hour later the guy came. Well we had already just eaten my dinner so we threw it in the fridge for his lunch the next day! He was looking forward to finally eating his chicken egg foo youngonly to find out they gave us an order of chicken fried rice instead! I gave up, never again will I order from either!

We had a wonderful time in this spot. We loved the excellent ambience and the meals. The staff were super welcoming. I am happy we finally managed to visit this spot.

Lucky Bamboo has been around for a long time but luck is far from anything about this place. They keep their place clean and immaculate; and follow rules and regulations--thats how they've managed to pass government inspections. The truth is cooking their customers food involve ritualistic ways. Food dropped on the floor is put back on the range, frozen urine and melted excrements are used for sauce, strange strings that mimic corn and bean sprouts are used, slimes are used to put shine on some menus. Chicken and beef are not real. Meat are exported from somewhere involving carcasses from rats, possum, and the likes.......so, if you think this place is yummy, EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. Food is not what they serve.

Ordered the sesame chicken lunch special an amazing value. Comes with soup of the day and your choice of egg roll or 2 crab ragoon. I got the eggdrop soup with 2 crab ragoon. The portions were large I left full with extra to have dinner at work. The chicken was crispy with sauce, a welcome change unlike other places I have been too where the tempura has become soggy. The crab ragoon is the best I've ever had and I am what I would consider an avid connoisseur of crab ragoon I always order it and am often disappointed, but not here. Overall it's the best spot in Plainfield for your standard Chinese restaurant experience.

This restaurant is my preferable place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. when I I need a delicious lunch, this is the place that comes straightaway to my mind. splendid and diverse food and a large menu.trained team, and great mood. Also, the charge is reasonable. I sent my friends to this place with no doubt.

Just picked up my food about 20 minutes ago and all I have to say is everything was fantastic! The service was friendly and the food was perfect! I'm a big fan of the bbq pork fried rice now. You've got yourself a regular customer!

I eat here a lot since I work right next to it. I have to say their service is always great and they keep the spot well kept regularly. Rates are affordable and they serve sizeable portions.
